  1. My heartfelt condolences to all the Gerads. Having taught both of Beth’s aunties (Judy and Beth) during the ’90’s at St. Mary’s I had the singular priviledge of getting to know this marvelous Catholic family personally. Both my prayers and those of my wife Michelle are with you all during this time of grief.

  2. Peter and Becky and family, I pray that you have the strength during this difficult time and also that you will find the hidden blessings in time to come. God has his reasons that we just cannot explain. May Beth rest in peace and guide you through your future paths.

  3. Our deepest sympathy to Peter and Becky and their family in this trying time. We remember Elizabeth and you all in our daily family rosary. Our daughter, Marilyn, was on camp with Elizabeth and our nephew was on the youth pilgrimage to Europe this past summer with her. May she rest in peace.

  4. Peter and Becky, we praying for Beth and your entire family. Her obituary is added to our prayer wall of the other young folks from St. John Vianney who have left the earth in the prime of their lives. May the Blessed Mother comfort you in this trial and grant you peace.

  5. The family of Beth Gerads express our deep appreciation for the outpouring of support we’ve received. It’s by the grace of God and all of your prayers that this cross is carried. We’ve been so blessed with the prayers and support of so very many charitable souls. May God Reward Your Charity – Peter and Becky Gerads

  6. My condolences to the Gerads family! I met Beth in October 2012, and she was the first to show me around St. Marys. She told me about your daughter, Bridget! She was extremely sweet and she is missed by many…I pray that she comforts you from heaven and that we will all see her soon.

  7. Offering prayers for the repose of the soul of Beth. My heart aches that I could not be present at the Requiem Mass. She was a special young lady. When I was around her, it always made me want to be a better Catholic. You could tell that her Faith was the the most important thing in her life. I was blessed to call her my friend. My love and tears are with the family.

  8. I went to camp with Beth and really enjoyed being around her. She was such a sweet, Catholic young lady. I will always remember her and her family in my prayers.

  9. I loved her aunt, Beth Gerads, when she worked at the bookstore here in St Mary’s before she went in the convent, so when I met the SMC student, Beth Gerads, I was very happy to spend some time talking with her! I will keep her affectionately on my permanent “Departed Souls” list and can’t help but pray for her family often at this time! God bless her soul, her family and her friends! May her unexpected death do very much good, in God’s Wisdom.

  10. I didn’t know Beth personally, but I know several people that did know her. My prayers go out to your family during this trying time you’re facing. Ask God and His Loving Mother, Our Lady to help you through this grieving time. They will give you the courage and strength you need to get through this time of sorrow. Be assured of many, MANY prayers being said here in St. Mary’s and all around the world. God Bless you all ~

  11. We live in Canada and my wife is on a trad email list and found out about the death of your daughter. Our prayers are with you all at this time of sorrow and may Our Blessed Mother give you comfort and support through this sad time.

  12. The First Grade Girls of
St.Mary’s Academy will offer their daily 3 Hail Mary’s for the repose of the Soul of Beth for the rest of the month. May she rest in peace in the arms of The Blessed Mother.

  13. I was unable to go with my family to meet her and yet I may say that she has been as much of a sister and friend to me as are Therese, Clare, and Anne-Marie. She and I wrote each other and talked occasionally. When our families are considered together, she was my twin even though she is a year younger than me. We are the big sisters. I will continue to be the oldest sister in Idaho for the girls even as I continue college. God bless you Gerads family. God bless Beth. Sam and Susan’s daughter-Theresa

  14. Beth was such a sweetheart and will be missed so much! My last memory of her was when she came to St. Mary’s to visit the college last Spring. She was so excited to come and she and I were just joking around and having a blast. I wish I could be at the funeral to say goodbye, but alas I’m on the other side of the world, but as a consolation to myself and I hope many others our Lord has given me the opportunity to say goodbye at a Requiem Mass said by Fr. Lavin on Thursday the 14th at the St. Dominic’s Convent here in Wanganui. My prayers go out to her family and friends.
