  1. Patty and I were sorry to learn that Jim passed away. Jim was a good friend and classmate and
a good brother in Christ. (He was also by far the best bowler in the youth bowling league that several of us enjoyed for a year or two in CG!) It was an honor to know Jim and we send our sincere condolences to the family.

  3. Jim was a special man. I met him at the Emporia Recreation Center when he came to workout with us. Our little group of “early birds ” enjoyed getting to know him and becoming his friends. Enjoyed the fellowship and he and another one of our group used to sing for us. We are so sad to hear of his death. May he rest in peace.

  4. Fondest memories of Jim in Emporia and North Carolina… Jim’s joy and love for Jesus manifested in his friendly, helpful, caring nature & are the memories we will carry in our hearts.
Lay your burdens down, Jim, you are home now.

  5. Jim was a great guy and wonderful classmate! I sat next to him at the McClintock funeral a while back and enjoyed him singing the hymns with gusto! Was also glad to share breakfast with him at Saddlerock on occasion. My sympathy to his family.

  6. Deepest sympathy to the family.
