Dorothy Hartman

Dorothy E. Hartman,73, passed away Wednesday, September 30, 2020, at Rolling Hills Nursing Center in Topeka.

She was born August 26, 1947, at Clay Center, the daughter of Albert and Olga Helms Hartman.  “Dot” was raised in Clay County.

Dot had worked for the Kansas Insurance Department as an office administrator.  She had lived in Topeka many years. Dot was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Topeka.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Victor Hartman.

Survivors include her siblings, Alberta (Duane) Coash, Goodland, Herb (Donna) Hartman, Woodward IA., Janet Hinely, and Lois (Mark) Miller, all of Topeka; sister-in-law, Sandra Hartman, Council Grove; nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be on Thursday October 8, 2020 at St John’s Lutheran Church 901 SW Fillmore Topeka, Kansas 66606  Visitation before services at 12 noon. Services at 1 pm and inurnment at Mission Center Cemetery 29th and Urish Rd. Memorial Contributions may be made to St John’s Lutheran Church and sent in care of Piper Funeral Home, 714 Maple Street, St. Marys, Kansas 66563.
