St. George- Patricia L. "Tricia" Garver, 56, passed away, Saturday, July 25, 2015 at Via Christi Hospital in Manhattan. She was born September 3, 1958 at Redlands, CA. the daughter of Roger and Elizabeth "Mary Beth" Muckenthaler Perry. Tricia graduated from St. Marys High School in 1976 Tricia was a Legal Assistant for Addair Thurston Law Office in Manhattan. She loved watching any sport and doing crossword puzzles. Tricia was preceded in death by brothers, David and Jeffrey Perry, and a brother-in-law, Roy Darting. She was united in marriage to Roger Garver on February 14, 1981 in St. Marys. He survives of the home. Other survivors include her parents, Roger and Mary Beth Perry, St. Marys; her children, Julie Garver and Tyler Garver both of St. George; step children, Angie (Ben) Loggains, Ft. Smith, AK., and Robert (Molly) Garver, Stillwell; sisters, Nancy Darting and Janet (Vern) Sumner all of Rossville; brothers, Andy (Donna) Perry and Keith Perry all of St. Marys; six grandchildren, Ella, Grace, Lila, Cason, Clayton and Maci. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in St. Marys. Inurnment will be at a later date. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at Piper Funeral Home in St. Marys. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Tricia's granddaughter Maci's education fund and sent in care of Piper Funeral Home, 714 Maple St., St. Marys, Kansas 66536.
