He was an avid scuba diver who loved "to spear massive quantities of sea life to eat".
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made through the funeral home or to the Organization for Artificial Reefs (OAR). All of the proceeds will go directly to the Organization for Artificial Reefs (OAR) to the Memorial Reef Program for the creation of an artificial Coral Reef that will be named in honor of Rocky and allow him to take one final dive.
We ask that if you donate directly to the organization that you include Rocky's name so that it will go into his fund for the reef.
