Rodney Brownlee

Harveyville—Rodney F. Brownlee, 64, passed away Sunday, May 9, 2021, at a Topeka Hospital.

He was born October 16, 1956, in Topeka, the son of Robert F. and Phyllis M. Logan Brownlee.  Rodney grew up in the Dover community and attended Dover Schools.  He was in the first class to graduate from Mission Valley High School.

Rodney worked for Midwest Concrete for 25 years; he also was a rancher.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his grandparents.

He was united in marriage to Dawn Ketter on February 10, 1979, they later divorced.

Survivors include his son, Dustin (Emily) Brownlee, and children, Dorian, Shay, and Dalan, Overbrook; his daughter, Kristen (JD) Hentges, and children Brynlee, David and Abrahm, Harveyville, sister, Linda (Mike) Vilander, Topeka.

A Celebration of Life Visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M.
