Stephanie Henderson

St. Marys- Stephanie Ann-Marie Henderson, 20, passed away Saturday, January 28, 2017 at Stormont Vail Hospital in Topeka. She was born June 23, 1996 at Topeka, the daughter of Jason and Aileen Cain Henderson. Stephanie graduated from St. Marys High School with the class of 2014. She was a volunteer at the St. Marys Manor and the Pottawatomie Wabaunsee Regional Library. She attended MITIOG Camp for children with spinal bifida. She had also participated in the Mid America Games for disabled children. Stephanie was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in St. Marys. Stephanie was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Sylvester and Patricia Cain. Survivors include her parents, Jason & Aileen, two brothers, Joshua and Jeffrey; a sister, Samantha; grandparents Mary and David Kaiser, Topeka and Bob and Sue Henderson, Harrisburg, PA. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 A.M. Friday, February 3, 2017 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in St. Marys. Interment will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, St. Marys. Stephanie will lie in state from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. Thursday, February 2, 2017 and a rosary will be recited at 7:00 P.M. at the church.
